According to the E.C. regulations on the Single European Sky, and in order to meet the requirements of Commission Regulation EC. 691/2010, July 2010 (laying down a performance scheme for air navigation services and network functions and amending Regulation EC. 2096/2005 laying down common requirements for the provision of air navigation services) the Hellenic Air Navigation Supervisory Authority has issued the attached Performance Plan which covers the first Reference Period (RP1; 2012-2014).
This Plan has been developed at a national level and registers Greece’s intention, for the duration of the first reference period, to achieve the objectives of the Single European Sky and the balance between the needs of all airspace users and supply of services provided by air navigation service providers.
This document has been approved by the HCAA on behalf of the State and has been posted, together with the Performance Plans of all E.U. Member States on the PRC section of the EUROCONTROL website. If you may wish to browse through all the 28 Performance Plans, you can find them posted HERE.
